Plans & Pricing
Ask Nancy offers three subscription plans:
- Starter ($19.99/month) — 1 journey, personalized 7–10 day archetype track, 7 daily chats with Nancy, AI-powered emotion insights, weekly progress summaries, full emotion trend history, streak badges
- Committed ($13.33/month, billed $39.99 every 3 months) — Everything in Starter, plus: 2 journeys with switching, 15 daily chats, contextual nudges, exercise replay
- All-In ($6.67/month, billed $79.99 per year) — Everything in Committed, plus: all 4 journeys, all archetype tracks, 80 daily chats, Nancy's voice narration, "I'm Okay, Nancy" graduation pathway

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- You keep access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your progress and data are preserved if you decide to resubscribe
Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You'll receive an email reminder before each renewal.
On the web, payment is processed securely through Stripe. On iOS, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and managed through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
Refunds
No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a current billing period. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then the subscription ends.
iOS purchases: Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Web purchases: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the contact page and we will review in good faith.
EU/UK consumers: Where mandated by applicable consumer law (for example, the 14-day cooling-off right for digital services), we honor those rights. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are receiving digital content and may waive the cooling-off period where law permits.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. For any price increase to an existing subscription, we will give you at least 30 days advance notice by email. Where required by law, we will also obtain your affirmative consent before charging the new price. You may cancel before the new price takes effect and will continue paying the existing price through the end of your current billing period.
